Please tell me all about your work with the tribe, as I'd enjoy hearing what is being done and what the level of interest and range of needs are, in the interest of expanding my own work to also work with Native people living on reservations. As for your question, I mostly would hire based on a candidate's experience with current marketing methods, such as SEO and social media, land surveying, and CAD or hand-drafting skills.
