Our Natural Gardeners are sometimes our primary contact with our clients.  In the position, you'll visit our clients' homes on a weekly, bimonthly, or monthly basis.  Your main tasks will be appropriately caring for their landscape or yard.  This means you'll be responsible for meeting with the client initially, then returning on a regular schedule to regenerate their landscape over time.

This is NOT traditional, high-maintenance, high water-use, DEGENERATIVE "gardening" or maintenance!  We provide full training in our REGENERATIVE methods, and you must be willing to set aside what you may have seen and step into a new way of doing things.

In addition to training, we provide you with ongoing support as you grow into your position, so you'll know how to do the work accurately and completely and can get all your questions answered.

Successful candidates can work in any U.S. city and are responsible independent contractors.  You will not be required to buy traditional "mow, blow, and go" landscape machinery.  This is a hands-on job where you will gently care for each individual plant and wisely help our clients transition their landscapes into sustainable ecosystems.  You will need hand tools such as hand-held pruning sheers, a leaf rake, a trowel, and a shovel.

• Gardening - gentle care of plants by hand, careful observation of plant health, attention to detail and instructions.

• Site photos - take pictures of all areas of the ground plane and existing features in context periodically to share with us.
• Part-Time - we schedule based on your availability for regular part-time work.

Our Site Specialists are sometimes our primary contact with our clients.  In the position, you'll conduct the Site Visit portion of landscape projects.  This means you'll be responsible for meeting with the client, conducting an on-site property walk-through, conducting a guided site analysis, and creating a base map with measurements and photos.
