For this project new parents of two toddlers in Portland, Oregon, needed an easy-to-maintain yard to enjoy with their new family. They also had privacy issues related to an odd neighbor and a larger than average planting strip that was attracting campers.

Results of the Landscape Master Planning package that they selected included a living screen between them and their neighbors, integration of their haphazard garden area with structural elements and walkways that would withstand Oregon weather, low-maintenance plantings, and large native shrubs in the planting strip facing the street.
